It can definitely make a big weedy smell if you pack the oven and the smell sticks to the Pax a bit. The vapor does dissipate quick though. I think it would be no problem in an empty house but you’d have to work out a technique if you wanted to vape in a live house.
My wife has often asked if the "Paxtor" is around because she can smell something, 90% of the time it is the pax. I have found that using a small glass mason jar (the ones that hold yo grandmamas jelly) to carry the pax in, eliminate all smells that are noticeable after using the unit.
Nov 02, 2012 · The PAX itself does not smell when not in use. It has a little smell when its seen heavy use but nothing compared to a pipe or a roach. Just putting it in a drawer, out of sight, should be fine. The vapor production from the Pax DOES smell, especially if you run it on high. Not as strong as smoking a joint, but it definitely will smell.
